The Space
Warm, calm, and adaptable, Centered is comfortable for intimate gatherings while offering plenty of room for classes and larger groups.
The 1,300-square-foot space includes:
Room for up to 40 yoga mats
Vinyl flooring and open wall space
Dimmable LED lighting
Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heat
Bluetooth sound system with four ceiling speakers
Wi-Fi
ADA-accessible single restroom
Ample lot and street parking
Props available for use include yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, belts, and chairs.
Rental rates & terms
Weekly Class — $50 per 2-hour session
For instructors looking for an ongoing home for a classes held each week.
Terms:
A consistent weekly day and time reserved for you
3-month minimum commitment
Reduced recurring rental rate
Instructor manages their own marketing, registration, payments, and participant communication
Instructor is responsible for leaving the space ready for the next user
Priority renewal of your regular time slot
Workshops + Special Events — $60/hour (2 hour minimum)
Centered is also available for one-time workshops, gatherings, meetings, celebrations, and other special events. Hosts manage their own registration, marketing, promotion, and participant communication.
For larger, more frequent, or more involved rentals, we’re happy to work with you to create an arrangement and fee that makes sense for both you and Centered.
